用途：
用于混凝土、水泥砂浆等吸收性基层的封闭处理。

适用基层：
水性乳液型界面剂，用于墙地面吸收性基层如混凝土、水泥砂浆、硬石膏基层的底涂，封闭基层的毛细孔，降低多孔性基层的吸收性；增强基层的界面附着力，起粘接桥的作用。基层涂刷界面剂后方可进行美圣雅恒自流平施工。

基层处理：
基层应坚实、平整、干燥、清洁、无裂缝、无油脂、无脱膜剂。如基层表面疏松或大面积浮浆，宜喷丸处理；含水率高的基层需做专业防潮处理。底涂前打磨基层并吸尘。

施工方法：
水泥砂浆地坪的界面处理用美圣雅恒M318水性界面剂，依据基层吸收情况进行兑水稀释后用羊毛滚筒充分滚涂；混凝土地坪则无需兑水直接滚涂。对高吸收性基层须滚涂两遍。滚涂完1-2小时表面湿润无积液即可进行自流平施工，实际应用时根据现场温湿度调整等候时间。
工具和容器可以用水清洗。

注意事项：
本产品须在5℃到35℃的气温下使用。本说明书提供的数据在23℃±2℃和50-55%的相对湿度下取得，不同温湿度条件下，固化的时间会相应延长或缩短。

包装与储存：
20kg或5kg塑料桶包装。本品须存放于5℃-35℃的室内，防止冰冻、曝晒。保质期12个月。

Uses:

Applicable Subfloor :
Water-based emulsion primer, used for wall and ground absorptive base such as concrete, cement mortar, gypsum base coat, close the basic pores, reduce the absorbability of porous base; Enhance the interface adhesion of the base, play the role of bonding bridge. After brushing the primer at the base, the self-leveling construction can be carried out.

Primary Treatment:
The base should be solid, smooth, dry, clean, no cracks, no grease, no film removal agent. If the surface of the base is loose or large area of floating slurry, shot peening should be treated; High moisture content of the grassroots need to do professional moistureproof treatment. Polish the base and vacuum before applying the bottom coat.

Construction Method:
Cement mortar floor interface treatment by MSYH M318，Dilute with water according to the absorption of the base and then roll with the wool roller . Subfloor required for highly absorbent roll twice, you do not need watered concrete floor directly roll . Tools and containers can be cleaned with water .

Note:
The product must be used at 5℃ to 35℃. The data provided in this manual is obtained at 23℃±2℃ and 50-55% relative humidity. Under different temperature and humidity conditions, the curing time will be extended or shortened accordingly.
