M518是具有高流动性、高塑性的自流平地基材料，适用于住宅、办公、学校、医院等轻型民用居住及公共建筑地面的精找平，为铺贴各类PVC地板、木地板、地毯等地面材料提供平整、完好、坚实的理想基层。

基层处理：
基层必须干燥、坚固、可承重、无尘、无妨碍粘接杂物，表面平整；
基层无空鼓，具有良好的抗压强度；为保证良好的附着力，基层使用美圣雅恒界面剂进行封闭处理，吸收性基层推荐使用M318水性界面剂，非吸收性基层推荐使用M320非吸收性界面处理剂。

施工方法：

1、基层清理干净后，先选用适合的界面剂涂刷基层，当界面剂已被基层吸收，处于表干状态时（界面剂施工后2-6小时），开始自流平施工；

2、在搅拌容器中加入6-6.5L清水，然后慢慢加入一包25kg的自流平，用搅拌机搅拌至均匀无团的浆状，将混合料倒出，均匀地铺开，用专用的齿口刮板控制厚度，可以采用输送能力20-40公升/分钟的泵输送自流平浆体。混合料必须在20分钟内用完，刚施工好的自流平要防止受阳光直射和强风吹拂；

3、在自流平初凝前，用消泡滚筒滚轧地面以排除混合时带入的空气。

注意事项：
由于本品会与水反应产生强碱性，避免与皮肤、眼睛接触。一旦接触，立即用水冲洗；如果皮肤或眼睛受到伤害，立即就医。本产品完全硬化后不会产生对身体、环境有影响的物质。

包装与储存：
25kg复合纸袋包装。本品须室内存放，托盘上堆放不超过8层，防止受潮和曝晒。
做好防潮措施条件下，保质期6个月。

Product Description：

Substrate Preparation:

The base must be dry, firm, load-bearing, dust-free, no obstruction to bonding sundries, smooth surface;

Base without hollow drum, with good compressive strength; In order to ensure good adhesion, the base is sealed with MSYH primer. M318 water-based primer is recommended for absorbent base and M320 non-absorbent primer is recommended for non-absorbent base.

Application Method:

1.Cleaning up substrate, choose the appropriate primer, when the primer in the dry state (about 2-6 hours after the bottom coating ), then begin self leveling operation.

2. Pouring 6-6.5L water into container, slowly adding a bag of 25Kg powder, stirring for 3-5 minutes to uniform , evenly spread, with a spatula to exhibit uniform as required thickness, prevent direct sunlight and the wind blowing, it should be completed within 20 minutes. The slurry can be conveyed with a pump capacity (20-40 L/min).

3.Before the initial coagulation, the use of special defoaming roll to exclude the air, to ensure uniform thickness.

Notes：

As this product reacts with water to produce strong alkaline, avoiding contact with skin and eyes. Once contact, flushing immediately with water. If skin or eye is injured, seek medical attention immediately. This product can be completely hardened and will not produce any material that affects the body or the environment.

Packaging and Storage:

25Kg composite paper bag packaging. This product must be stored in the room, pay attention to moisture, prevent freezing, exposure. No more than 8 layers on pallets, Under the condition of good moisture-proof measures with a shelf life of 6 months.
