用途：

M777工业地板粘合剂，可用于工业地板铺贴安装的粘合剂，适用于工业用卷材，聚烯烃工业地板,矿物填充的热塑性地板块材。工业地板厚度≤2.5mm。

基层处理:

1、基层表面应坚固、干净，没有浮浆、灰尘、油渍、涂料等影响粘结的物质。

2、基层如有油污、蜡水和脱模剂等，需用清洁剂或起蜡水进行去污处理；轻微起砂的吸收性基层建议用M318水性界面剂或M139水性渗透加固剂打底封闭；

3、不平整的基层建议使用美圣雅恒自流平进行找平（自流平强度须满足重载要求，自流平厚度不小3mm）；

4、潮湿基层建议用M190环氧加固防潮膜进行防潮处理；非结构性基层裂缝、孔洞可使用M190环氧加固防潮膜或M220快速修补砂浆进行修复。

施工方法:

1、开桶后即可使用，无需稀释、调配。

2、先对工业地板进行预铺设（预铺不少于24小时），采用齿形刮胶板将胶水均匀批刮在基层表面，等待约20到30分钟（有明显拉丝状态）即可在胶水表面铺设工业地板；

3、地板铺设完成后即刻采用软木推做扇形排气推压，再用50公斤的钢辊在铺好的地板上滚压，以达到最佳粘贴效果。

注意事项：

开桶后胶水表面如有结膜现象，需先剔除，搅拌均匀后方即可使用。用后将桶盖密封后可短期保存；剩余的胶水不可直接倒入下水道，若已过期，应按当地法规处理或进行回收。皮肤接触引起刺激，用肥皂和清水彻底清洗。误入眼睛立即用大量清水清洗并及时就医。施工环境温度低于10℃或湿度高于75%，请咨询本公司技术人员。

包装与储存:

20Kg/桶；本品须存放在室内温度5℃-35℃环境，防止冰冻、曝晒。保质期为12个月。 

M777 Industrial floor adhesive

Use:

Adhesive for paving and installing industrial floors,  for paving and installing industrial floors, suitable for industrial coils, polyolefin industrial floors and mineral-filled thermoplastic floor boards.Thickness of industrial floor ≤ 2.5 mm.

Substrate Treatment:

Substrate if has oil contamination, wax water and mold release, required wax water decontamination to treatment; recommend M318 Water-Based Primer or M139 for closed minor sand ground  ( porous absorbent subfloor) ; recommend MSYH Self-Leveling Polymer Cement for leveling uneven ground( leveling thickness at least 2mm); recommend M190 Epoxy Reinforcement and Moisture-proof Primer for treatment wet subfloor moisture. The subfloor presence of cracks recommend M190 Epoxy Reinforcement and Moisture-proof Primer or M220 Rapid Repair Mortar to repair.

Construction Method:

After opening the bucket, M777 can be used without dilution or deployment. The industrial floor is first pre-laid (pre-laid for not less than 24 hours), the glue is evenly scraped on the base surface with a toothed scraping plate, and the industrial floor can be laid on the glue surface for about 20 to 30 minutes (there is an obvious wiredrawing state); Immediately after the floor is laid, cork is used to make fan exhaust press, and then 50 kg steel roller is rolled on the paved floor to achieve the best paste effect.
