用途：
高效的水性胶粘剂，适合在吸收性基层上粘贴各类PVC卷材和片材地板、PVC背层的地毯等。

特点：
绿色环保；
初粘力高，刚铺设的地板不易移位；
终粘力强，固化后可抵受室内椅子转向轮的挤压。

适用基层：
1、适用于多孔吸收性、坚固、平整、干燥、干净、无裂缝、无油脂、无蜡地坪；
2、适用于水泥基自流平找平层；
3、适用于架空木地板、夹板垫层或刨花板基层。

基层处理：
基层如有油污、蜡水和脱模剂等，需用起蜡水进行去污处理；轻微起砂的吸收性基层建议用M318水性界面剂或M139水性渗透加固剂打底封闭；不平整的基层建议使用美圣雅恒自流平进行找平（找平厚度至少2mm）；潮湿基层建议用M190环氧加固防潮膜进行防潮处理；非结构性基层裂缝也可使用M190环氧加固防潮膜或M220快速修补砂浆进行修复。

施工方法：
无需稀释，用A2/A3齿形刮胶板把胶粘剂均匀地涂刮在基层表面。如开桶后发现表面有少量清液，需将胶粘剂搅拌均匀后，再进行施工。根据施工现场的气温及湿度，等待约10到20分钟后（手触有明显拉丝感）便可铺设地板，用软木板排气将地板推压平整，再用50公斤压辊在铺好的地板上进行滚压，可达到更佳效果。

注意事项：
如施工环境温度低于15℃、相对湿度高于75%，请咨询我司技术人员意见。如开封后胶粘剂表面有薄膜，需先剔除，搅拌均匀后方可使用。勿将胶粘剂倾倒进水沟或下水道，施工结束后应把未用完胶粘剂的桶盖密封储存。可用水清洗工具。

包装与储存：
25kg或5kg塑料桶包装。本品须存放于室内5℃～35℃，防止冰冻、暴晒。
保质期12个月。

M760 PVC Flooring Adhesive

Use:
Efficient water-based adhesive, Suitable for pasting all types of PVC coil and sheet flooring、PVC backing carpet on the absorbent substrate.

Feature:
Environmentally friendly；
Good initial adhension; just laying the floor is not easy to shift;
Good final adhension,after curing extrusion impact resistant furniture steering wheel.

Applicable Substrate：
①Suitable for porous absorbent , strong, smooth, dry , clean, no cracks , no grease, no wax floors
②Suitable for self-leveling leveling layer.
③Suitable for aerial wood flooring , plywood or particleboard cushion

Substrate Treatment:
Substrate if has oil contamination, wax water and mold release, required wax water decontamination to treatment; recommend M318 Water-Based Primer or M139 for closed minor sand ground ( porous absorbent subfloor); recommend MSYH Self-Leveling Polymer Cement for leveling uneven ground( leveling thickness at least 2mm); recommend M190 Epoxy Reinforcement and Moisture-proof Primer for treatment wet subfloor moisture. The subfloor presence of cracks recommend M190 Epoxy Reinforcement and Moisture-proof Primer or M220 Rapid Repair Mortar to repair.

Construction Method:
Don’t dilution, use the appropriate scraper (A2 scraping tooth) coated the adhesive evenly on the substrate surface. If finding surface with a small amount of clear fluid after opening bucket, need to stir the glue evenly and then construction. According to the temperature and humidity of the construction site and wait for about 10 to 20 minutes (there is a clear sense of drawing) and then laying the floor, then push cork to make flooring flattened and use 50kg rolling device to roll on the paved floor to get better effect. 

Notes:
If the temperature is below 15℃ construction or relative humidity above 75%, please consult our technical staff opinion. If mucilage with conjunctiva after opening, need to weed out first, stir evenly before use. Don’t put glue dumped into the sewer or gutterway. Unused glue should be kept sealed. Tools can be cleaned with water .

Packaging and Storage :
25kg or 5kg plastic drum. This product should be stored at indoor 5℃-35℃, prevent freezing, solarization. Shelf life of 12 months.
